My upcoming book is a philosophical look at a life spent pursuing wealth creation through real estate investing, and the life lessons learned along the way. The book examines how I went from nearly going bankrupt during the Great Recession to building a real estate portfolio worth in excess of thirty million dollars as well as a multi-million-dollar property management company. The book also explores the dramatic personal transformation that I underwent during this time.
